Weingarden Joins Law Offices of Lippitt O'Keefe as Partner

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., July 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvey R. Weingarden has joined the law offices of Lippitt O'Keefe, PLLC as a partner at the Birmingham-based firm.

A practicing attorney since 1980, Weingarden has extensive experience in the areas of business litigation, franchise law and business torts. His practice has focused on franchise disputes, as well as civil, commercial and personal litigation.

Weingarden holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and is a cum laude graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law (formerly Detroit College of Law), where he was an associate editor of the college's Law Review.

A native of Detroit, he currently resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
