Welcome Group, LLC Named Deal of the Year Winner by ACG

HOUSTON, June 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- In a video awards announcement by Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston on April 28, Houston-based Welcome Group, LLC was named a winner of ACG's Deal of the Year Award for their joint venture with Almanac Realty Investors, a New York-based REIT. BoyarMiller represented long-time client Welcome Group, LLC in this complex transaction, which closed in 2019.
