Wencor Group Announces Acquisition Of Accessory Technologies Corporation ("ATC")
PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., April 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Wencor Group, a leading provider of innovative solutions to the aerospace industry, today announced the acquisition of Accessory Technologies Corporation ("ATC"), a certified 145 repair station with a unique "unlimited" accessory rating that specializes in the repair of pneumatic valves, electro-mechanical actuators, electrical components. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
