Wendy's engages Service Management Group to support its mission of delighting every customer
KANSAS CITY, Mo., Aug. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Wendy's Company has selected Service Management Group (SMG) to measure the customer experience in all of its North America and international restaurants.
