LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- West One Music Group announces its sponsorship of The Future is Female: A Concert for Women in Film. As a global music company, West One Music Group supports and works alongside a vast and diverse array of composers and is passionate about promoting the invaluable work of females in what often can be seen as a competitive and male-dominated industry. 

The Future is Female: A Concert for Women in Film provides a much-needed platform for talented female composers and musicians who can often be overlooked in the film music industry. The concert will showcase the original work of ten up-and-coming female composers currently working in Film, TV and Video Games and will be presented by the exceptional thirty-one piece Hollywood Chamber Orchestra. 

The concert is being organized by Tori Letzler, founder of non-profit organization Future is Female Concerts and Events Inc. Letzler is an established composer and vocalist, having worked on a number of Hollywood blockbusters (Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, Thor: The Dark World) and alongside composers such as Hans Zimmer and Jimmy Levine. Despite her success, Letzler has experienced first-hand how difficult it can be as a female breaking into the film music industry and knows from experience there are a wealth of talented women not receiving the recognition and opportunities that they deserve:
