As office manager, Debbie Sue will be responsible for recruitment, retention, and risk reduction for the Scottsdale Kierland office. Debbie Sue Fruguglietti obtained her real estate license in 2015 with West USA Realty. In 2016, Debbie Sue joined West USA Realty as Onboarding Concierge, helping new agents feel welcomed, integrated into the organization, and performing successfully as quickly as possible. Her strengths are implementing and organizing the onboarding program to provide a process for future real estate agent hires.
Formerly, Debbie Sue has worked seven years as office manager for Interim School Administration in California. Debbie Sue's role was to coordinate logistics for efficiency in facility operations, conduct interviews and hiring of new employees, coordinated employee work schedules, and payroll activities.
