Westcon Group Brings Cisco-Dedicated Distribution to the Philippines

SINGAPORE, Sept. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Westcon Group, a value-added distributor of category-leading unified communications, network infrastructure, data center, and security solutions with a global network of specialty resellers, today announced its Comstor business unit has officially expanded operations into the Philippines.  For more than two decades, Comstor has enabled partners to develop new revenue opportunities by leveraging Cisco's broad portfolio of products and services.

Westcon Group's operations in Asia Pacific support partners with unique programs, technical know-how and financial support to accelerate their business across a broad range of technologies.  The Comstor expansion enables local operations to deliver the full complement of Cisco solutions – including switches, routers and software – allowing customers to create an inherently intelligent integrated network.
