Westcon Group's Lynn Smurthwaite-Murphy and Heather Allen Recognized for Excellence by CRN

The publication's annual list recognizes nearly 300 female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors and solution providers for their accomplishments during this past year – and the far-reaching impact they're having on the technology industry.  This year's "Women of the Channel" were chosen by the editors of CRN based on achievements as executives and influence they wield over the technology channel.

In 2012, Allen collaborated with nearly a dozen security and networking vendors to develop unique channel growth strategies, including partner enablement and demand generation.  Her ability to work seamlessly alongside vendors helped to drive mutual goals and improved profitability.
