Weta brings Middle-earth to Salt Lake Comic Con 5-7 September!

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Salt Lake Comic Con (SLCC) today announced that Weta will be loading up a container and packing its bags to head for Salt Lake City, Utah – The Crossroads of the West!

Salt Lake Comic Con takes place Thursday Sep 5 to Saturday Sep 7 at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Visitors to the show can expect a Weta booth brimming with art, sculpture, books, props and merchandise, created by the same artists who worked on movies like The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit trilogy, The Adventures of Tintin, District 9 and others.

Fans will also meet some of the Weta Workshop artists and craftspeople at the booth and can get their purchases signed and personalized. Please come and say hello. The crew will be keen to have a chat and to show you some of Weta's very latest pieces.
