The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering, if completed, as partial consideration, to finance the previously announced acquisition of all of the equity interests in Longview Timber LLC. The Company intends to grant the underwriters of the offering the option to purchase up to an additional 4,200,000 of its common shares.
