Wheeling Town Center Announces The Learning Experience® as Newest Commercial Tenant
Nationally-recognized childcare franchise fills commercial space to more than 80 percent occupancy
WHEELING, Ill., July 18, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Learning Experience, one of the nation's fastest-growing Academies of Early Education, is the latest commercial anchor to sign a lease at the much-anticipated Wheeling Town Center scheduled to open in 2019. The Learning Experience will occupy 10,000 square feet and include a 5,000 square-foot outdoor play area. The commercial space of the Wheeling Town Center is currently more than 80 percent full.
With 10 locations in the Chicagoland area, The Learning Experience has an established network of purpose-built facilities that foster an environment where children feel comfortable, safe, and ready to learn. The Learning Experience is ranked no. 79 on Entrepreneur's 2018 Franchise 500 and has over 220 centers across the country serving more than 25,000 toddlers and preschoolers with childcare, enrichment programs, and early education. Reservations are now being taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be made by providing a $250 deposit and filling out the pre-lease registration agreement online. The first two months' rent will be offered free of charge to residents who sign a 14-month lease.
