MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Feb. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- With innovation top of mind and a strong commitment to customer service, Eric Grimm has taken the helm as the new general manager of Millioke Meat, Cheese, Beer, an urban tavern and dining room highlighting the hallmarks of Midwestern cuisine, located at 323 East Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.
Grimm has led the successful initiatives of some of Milwaukee area landmark restaurants including Bravo, Coopers Hawk Winery and Mason Street Grille. Grimm has already tailored a new Valentine's Day experience with a menu including coffee- rubbed New York strip, cold smoked pork porterhouse, bouillabaisse pasta, chocolate mousse napoleon and several other romantic delights.
"I love that Chef John Rudolph is doing something different with the menu specials such as offering a roasted cauliflower salad, and the pepper lobster bisque soup," said Grimm. "This is definitely something to complement our full menu."

Grimm is as authentic Wisconsin as the restaurant. He was raised in Appleton, Wisconsin and his wife is from Milwaukee. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has lived in the area for 10 years.
