White Lodging Promotes Dave Montrose and Michelle Steffens to Senior Regional Vice Presidents of Select-Service

MERRILLVILLE, Ind., April 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- White Lodging is pleased to announce Dave Montrose and Michelle Steffens have been promoted to senior regional vice presidents of select-service. Previously, Montrose and Steffens were regional vice presidents for the company.

In 2008 Montrose's first region as a regional vice president was Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, then in 2009 he took on the properties on the east coast along with the Chicagoland select service hotels and won the first White Lodging Region of the Year Award.  In March of 2010, Montrose moved to a region that consisted of Indianapolis, Louisville, Kentucky, Bloomington, Ind. and Milford, Ohio select service hotels.

In her previous role of regional vice president, Steffens was responsible for overseeing 12 hotels.  She has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel industry including positions such as regional vice president, regional director of operations, regional director of sales, area manager, general manager, director of sales and rooms division manager. Steffens also brings a variety of brand experience to her new position including experience with Residence Inn, Courtyard, TownePlace Suites, Sheraton, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Doubletree and the Bulfinch, a boutique hotel in Boston.
