Security Industry Veteran Tamir Hardof Named Chief Marketing Officer
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- WhiteHat Security, the Web security company, today announced it has named Tamir Hardof as Chief Marketing Officer. As WhiteHat Security continues to experience record growth and increasing demand for its application security solutions, Hardof's extensive experience delivering critical programs, executing on marketing strategy, and maximizing revenue growth will be key components of the company's ongoing success.
In this role, Hardof will lead global marketing functions including strategy, demand generation, and brand development. He will provide strategic direction for the company, working closely with the executive, product, and sales teams to help WhiteHat broaden its footprint in key verticals and geographic regions.

Hardof joins WhiteHat Security with more than 20 years of marketing experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining WhiteHat Security, Hardof served as vice president of product marketing at Fortinet. He also worked as the senior director of product marketing at Juniper Networks, where he led global marketing for Juniper's security business. In an earlier role at Check Point Software, Hardof led product marketing and key new product launches.
