Wienermobile Vehicles Break World Records, Get Tattoos And Meet Celebrities As They Vie To Become Wienermobile Run Champion

MADISON, Wis., Sept. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Throughout summer fans of the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile Vehicles have seen their favorite teams set world records, invade Times Square, meet celebrities and even deliver couples to their weddings in order to earn the title of Wienermobile Run Champion. The competition ends Saturday, September 21, the last official day of summer, but until then fans can join their favorite team at WienermobileRun.com for a chance to win a visit from the triumphant Wienermobile team.

Teams #HellOnBuns, #SpeedyWiener, #Autobuhn, #DriftDog, #BornToBun and #Bunderstruck will be working to complete some of the below challenges in the last days of the competition. Team Challenges

• Prank a hotel guest by pulling up in the Wienermobile when they ask for their car at valet.
• Get a photo with someone in full military uniform sitting "shotbun" in the Wienermobile.
• Encourage super fans to get a tattoo of the Wienermobile and documenting the process from start to finish.
• Break a world record and capture it on video like the longest jump shot over a Wienermobile, the longest distance a hot dog has been dropped into a bun and putting the most toppings onto one single hot dog.
• Encourage fans to change up their everyday look by buzzing the Wienermobile Run logo into their hair.

In addition to joining their favorite team online, fans can also help teams earn points by submitting photos of the vehicles with the team hashtag on Twitter and Instagram.

The Wienermobile Run Champion will be announced Monday, September 30 on WienermobileRun.com. Fans that join the winning team on or before Saturday, September 21 will be entered for the chance to win a visit from their Wienermobile Run Champion.
