SHEBOYGAN, Wis., Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sheboygan, Wisconsin based Wigwam Mills, Inc., announced that its Board of Directors has named apparel and consumer goods veteran Thomas M. Wheeler as President and C.E.O.
