Wild About Harry's Sells First Franchise in Austin, Texas

DALLAS, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Wild About Harry's, Inc. a Dallas, Texas based frozen custard and gourmet hotdog restaurant specializing in food, fun and family, announced today that it has sold its first franchise to Bobby Brannon and Jayson Murphy of Austin's Top Dog, LLC.  This sale begins Harry's expansion into the southwest region of the United States.  The franchise operation is expected to begin operations in the Austin area within the next 4 months.

Austin's Top Dog, LLC was formed by Brannon and Murphy in 2009.  Brannon and Murphy were awarded the first franchise by Wild About Harry's Franchise Opportunity on December 26, 2009.  Combined, Brannon and Murphy's experience in the restaurant business exceeds 40 years of management, recruiting and operations.  Both are extremely excited to further the brand of Wild About Harry's.

Wild About Harry's proprietary frozen custard recipe dates back to Harry's youth in Hollis, Oklahoma during WWII, when his mother would make frozen custard as a summer treat.  Adding a variety of 100% beef hot dogs with special toppings completes the menu, providing a dining experience of home-made taste and fond memories.  Harry's belief in service and values for the customer were taught to him by his parents who owned several businesses in the small town he grew up in.  All this combined with an eclectic, Key West casual theme makes this diner a gathering place for every generation.
