Wilentz Welcomes Three New Attorneys and a Law Clerk to Business Litigation, Land Use, and Employment Law Groups

WOODBRIDGE, N.J., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to welcome three new attorneys and a law clerk to the firm across its Business Litigation, Land Use, and Employment Law practice groups. These additions bring experience in litigation, judicial clerkships, land use, legal scholarship, and client advocacy.

Emmanuel Flitsanov joins the firm's Business Litigation Group as an Associate. He previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Arnold L. Natali, Jr. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Emmanuel earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He also earned an M.B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration from Monmouth University.

Madeline Hutchison joins the firm's Business Litigation Group as an Associate. She previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Bartels, P.J.Ch., in Mercer County Superior Court. Madeline earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. She holds a B.S. with Honors in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Timothy Jinks joins the firm's Land Use Group as an Associate. Prior to joining Wilentz, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Madelin F. Einbinder, P.J.F.P., in Ocean County Superior Court and gained experience working on matters involving municipal planning boards, land use boards, and related litigation. Timothy is a 2025 graduate of Dayton School of Law. He earned a B.A. in History and an M.S. in Data & Analytics from Drew University.

Sierra Conboy joins the firm's Employment Group as a Law Clerk. Her experience includes a corporate law externship with a full-service law firm and regulatory research work with Johnson & Muller Architects. Sierra is a 2026 graduate of Rutgers Law School where she was actively involved in the Minority Student Program, the Association of Latin American Law Students, and the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. Prior to law school, she earned a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and International Affairs from Gettysburg College.
