Willamette Community Bank Hires Veteran for New Salem, Oregon Office
Local market veteran, Larry Goodreau, hired to lead the Loan Production Office
ALBANY, Ore., April 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --Willamette Community Bank (OTCQB: WMCB) is pleased to announce the opening of a new Loan Production Office in Salem. The bank, headquartered in Albany, Oregon, has chosen Salem to be the newest addition to its highly successful banking franchise. The bank recently completed its 8th consecutive year of profitability with record performance. Net income for 2013 increased by 61% over 2012, marking the most profitable year in the bank's 10 year history.
Though the "Willamette Community Bank" name will be new to Salem, the company has hired a local market veteran to lead the Loan Production Office.
Larry Goodreau, Senior Vice President: Mr. Goodreau joined Willamette Community Bank in March of 2014. As the bank's senior relationship manager, Larry will help develop the bank's commercial customer relationships in Salem and the surrounding areas. A 30 year banking veteran in the Salem market, Larry has always been active in the community by serving on a number of local non-profit boards, including Northwest Human Services and The Salem Hospital Foundation.
