Thanks to a unique partnership between Williams & Williams® Worldwide Real Estate Auction, Simmons Homes and Make-A-Wish of Oklahoma, one new homeowner can fulfill their wish and grant wishes for more than 30 children battling life threatening medical conditions in Oklahoma. On August 7th, a newly constructed home located in The Villas of Spring Creek neighborhood in Broken Arrow, OK will be sold via live auction by Williams & Williams. The home is donated by Simmons Homes through the generous support of more than 45 suppliers. Williams & Williams is donating all of its marketing and auction services including the auctioneer and ringmen for the campaign. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish of Oklahoma and will represent one of the largest donations of the year for the organization.

The home to be auctioned is Simmons Homes' newest design: the 2,300 sq. ft. Bailey plan, featuring four bedrooms and three full baths. It is in one of Broken Arrow's newest neighborhoods, The Villas of Spring Creek, on the south side of Tucson Street and 121st Street South between Olive Avenue and Aspen Avenue. The home features many upgrades from high-end, stainless Frigidaire appliances, granite countertops and premium flooring options, to 42-inch kitchen cabinets with hardware, premium finishes and fixtures and a safe room, as well as standard energy-efficient construction features.

The public will be able to tour the home on weekends beginning Saturday, July 26 through August 7th. Make-A-Wish will host open houses on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. and Sundays from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. On August 7, the fundraising event will culminate with a live auction at the home at 6:30 p.m. by Williams & Williams, which will also be telecast on Auction Network®.
