NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- New Orleans Marriott plans to make one couple's dream wedding reception a reality in 2016 with its #MarryMeNolaContest.
The renowned French Quarter hotel is adding one more element to celebrate with its upcoming contest, awarding one couple a lavish wedding reception, valued at $46,000, for up to 200 guests. To enter, couples or friends and family of the engaged pair must follow @NewOrleansMarriott on Instagram for the length of the contest and upload a photo and caption showcasing their love story using the hashtag #MarryMeNolaContest. The contest opens midnight Jan. 15 and wraps up 11:59 p.m. Feb. 15, 2016. The reception must be set in the fall or winter of 2016.
The winning couple will be determined by judges' scores based on creativity, relevance and quality of the story and photo. Multiple entries per couple will be accepted.
Set in the brand new Riverview Ballroom, the reception will allow the happy couple to embark on a celebration of happily ever after as unique as their love story. Soaring 41 stories above the city, this one-of-a-kind ballroom in New Orleans offers an ambiance of elegance complete with panoramic views of the French Quarter, the majestic Mississippi River, Lake Pontchartrain and the Garden District.
