Rosilier, a highly successful executive with a history of driving strong revenue growth, sustaining profitability and collaborating on expansion plans, to serve as Chief Financial Officer for the Miami-based auto insurance carrier, Jimmy E. Whited, Windhaven® Insurance & The Hearth Insurance Group™ CEO, announced today.
In this new role, Rosilier will be responsible for managing financial performance, and developing operational and capital plans for the continued growth and expansion of Windhaven® Insurance and The Hearth Insurance Group™ brands.

Prior to joining Windhaven, Rosilier served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in the Property and Casualty Division at National Lloyds Insurance Corporation, a Dallas subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings that boasts more than $13.7 billion in assets. During his tenure, Rosilier was responsible for a restructuring effort that improved and tightened relationships with Hilltop Holdings and helped to secure an "A" rating from A.M. Best based on the financial performance of National Lloyds.
Rosilier also spent close to two decades at United Services Automobile Association (USAA), a diversified financial services group based in San Antonio, where he witnessed substantial growth in the Property and Casualty Division as Vice President and CFO and earlier as Assistant VP for Financial and Enterprise Planning and Analysis.
The inventor of a method for evaluating customers' product profitability, Rosilier owns a patent for a "Consumer-level financial performance analysis." He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
