Windsor Advantage Announces Executive Management Team Promotions

CHICAGO, July 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Windsor Advantage, LLC has announced that Mike Breckheimer has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of the company.  Breckheimer joined Windsor in 2014 and has held numerous roles within the organization.  Most recently as Chief Operating Officer, Breckheimer was responsible for Windsor's processing, servicing and risk management teams.  Additionally, he opened Windsor's southeast office in Charleston, South Carolina in October of 2017.  As President and CEO, Breckheimer's responsibilities will expand to overseeing all three Windsor offices (Chicago, Indianapolis and Charleston) and continuing to drive the company's strategic growth initiatives.

Breckheimer succeeds Shawn Andrews, Managing Director and founder of Windsor.  Andrews remains with the company, serving in a strategic advisory position focused on strategic initiatives and new market development opportunities.  "Mike's leadership, extensive experience and intuitive ability to understand our clients' needs has made him an integral part of Windsor's success over the years."  Andrews continued, "I look forward to continuing to work with Mike and the rest of our Executive Management Team to grow our company and support our clients under his direction."
