J Turner Research's ORA Power Ranking recognizes top-performing property management companies and apartment communities in the multifamily industry by aggregating ratings from review sites and Internet Listing Services (ILS) into a single 0-100 score. The Division I Ranking highlights the top 10 management companies from the 2025 NMHC Top 50 list.
