WINNERS ANNOUNCED AT THE 2026 CFDA FASHION AWARDS PRESENTED BY AMAZON FASHION

Rachel Scott Named American Womenswear Designer of the Year and Ralph Lauren Named American Menswear Designer of the Year.

NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Council of Fashion Designers of America [CFDA] celebrated the winners and honorees of the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards presented by Amazon Fashion at the American Museum of Natural History.

Lupita Nyong'o and Francisco Costa presented American Womenswear Designer of the Year to Rachel Scott for Diotima. Matt Damon and Tremaine Emory presented American Menswear Designer of the Year to Ralph Lauren.

Naomi Osaka and Joseph Altuzarra announced Ana Khouri as the American Accessory Designer of the Year. Cole Escola and Gabriela Hearst presented the Google Shopping American Emerging Designer of the Year award to Colleen Allen.

Cornelia Guest presented the Fashion Icon Award to Peter Marino.

Anna Wintour presented Tory Burch with the Positive Change Award.

Hailey Bieber, ROSÉ, and Zoë Kravitz presented the International Designer of the Year Award to Anthony Vaccarello.

Demi Moore announced Gap Inc. as the recipient of the Innovation Award presented by Amazon Fashion.

Laufey presented Eva Chen with the Media Award in honor of Eugenia Sheppard.

The Founder's Award in honor of Eleanor Lambert was given to Linda Fargo by Michael Kors.

Adi Gil, Angela Donhauser, and Gabriel Asfour of threeASFOUR presented the Isabel Toledo Board of Directors' Tribute to Susan Cianciolo.

The Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin by Charles Star Matadin.

Keke Palmer served as the evening's host.

CFDA Chairman Thom Browne welcomed honorees, nominees, and guests at the start of the ceremony.

Sara Moonves paid tribute to the 30^th Anniversary of the CFDA Scholarship Fund and announced that the CFDA and WYouth Scholarship presented by Nuuly launches in 2027, providing two students with funding to pursue their education.

Amazon Fashion is the Presenting Partner for the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards.
