(NASDAQ: APTI), the business management system of record for Hybrid IT, today introduced a new product to help technology leaders make more informed decisions around labor investments, team productivity and labor capitalization. This is the first offering in a financial governance vision to align Agile investments with business strategy, track value delivery and optimize labor investment. Apptio® Agile Insights is a SaaS solution that provides a unique combination of financial and execution analytics to measure value delivery, cost of quality and labor utilization.

While Agile as a development methodology has existed for many years, organizations are at various stages of maturity in shifting from a project to product mindset.
