Within3 Expands Executive Team With the Addition of Ellynn Decter Szoke as Chief Marketing Officer

CLEVELAND, Feb. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Within3, the leading provider of online community programs for life science and healthcare institutions, announces that Ellynn Decter Szoke has joined the company as its new Chief Marketing Officer. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in marketing, business development and strategy, Ellynn brings unparalleled expertise to the Within3 organization.

Having held executive positions in diverse environments, from Fortune 500 to emerging companies, and for manufacturers as well as agencies, Ellynn has gained a unique perspective of the opportunities and challenges organizations face.  Reporting directly to Lance Hill, Chief Executive Officer, Ellynn is responsible for Within3's corporate marketing initiatives, including branding, public relations, social media and strategic and tactical planning.

Ellynn began her career at Johnson and Johnson Baby Products Company. She later held positions in project management for emerging companies, served as a business development executive for a media company, and started and developed her own marketing and communications firm. Asked by one of her clients, a sales and marketing services provider to the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries, to build a marketing and communications department, she joined the organization and served as Vice President. For the last seven years, Ellynn worked exclusively with service companies in the healthcare industry whose clients were pharmaceutical and consumer health and wellness brands targeting patients and physicians.
