Wix to Host Virtual Analyst & Investor Day on May 19, 2022

Wix will release first quarter 2022 results on May 16, 2022

NEW YORK, March 23, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Wix.com Ltd. (Nasdaq: WIX), today announced that it will host a virtual Analyst & Investor Day on Thursday, May 19, 2022 after reporting its results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022 on Monday, May 16, 2022.

During the virtual Analyst & Investor Day, Wix's management team and other business leaders will provide a detailed overview of the company's key growth initiatives and present a three year financial plan and long term financial framework. The event will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Prior to the Analyst & Investor Day, Wix will report first quarter 2022 financial results and host a  conference call and webcast on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Wix is also announcing today that its board authorized a program to repurchase up to $500 million of its securities from time to time. Wix intends to file a motion seeking court approval in Israel for its repurchase program, which is subject to receipt of court approval.

Under the repurchase program, repurchases can be made from time to time using a variety of methods, including open market purchases, all in compliance with the rules of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and other applicable legal requirements. The repurchase program does not obligate Wix to acquire any particular amount of securities, and the repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time at Wix's discretion.
