Both Dr. Greer and Dr. Tsui bring extensive global experience and have held senior leadership positions in women's reproductive health. Their many contributions have helped shape the reproductive health field. They will provide guidance towards expanding access to critical reproductive health products that provide women with a full range of choices.

Dr. Greer served for 5 years as Director General of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), the world's largest international sexual and reproductive health NGO. IPPF works in 172 countries, providing advocacy, education and sexual and reproductive health services, including maternal health, HIV/AIDS, family planning and adolescent health. During this time, she also served on the Board of ICON, IPPF's company focused on the procurement and distribution of clinic commodities.
Dr. Greer was recently made Commander of the British Empire (CBE) for services to international health and women's rights. Currently, she is the founder and director of Time plus Talents, a consultancy that enables organizations to increase their effectiveness in the areas of health, education and human rights.

Dr. Amy Tsui is the Director of the Bill and Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health, as well as a professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health. She is a world-renowned social demographer and researcher and has written extensively about international family planning, including the inequity of unwanted fertility and contraceptive service access in developing countries.
Dr. Tsui has also evaluated the effect of social franchising networks in expanding contraceptive service access and quality in India, Pakistan and Ethiopia. She is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences, and serves on various scientific review and advisory committees of federal and international agencies.
