THE WOODLANDS, Texas, May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- In the first luxury real estate auction to be held in The Woodlands, Texas, Supreme Auctions is under contract on Colonial Haven in just 10 days, selling the property at the highest square-foot price in recent Woodlands history. The sale completed prior to the auction for a total sale price of $5.35 million, or $453.77 per square foot. This being the third-highest priced property to sell in the upscale neighborhood in years.

Colonial Haven, an exquisite five-bedroom residence overlooking the 18^th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course in Carlton Woods became the first no-reserve luxury auction to be held in the community.
