Working Solutions Names Gail Rigler Chief Marketing Officer
Former EDS executive brings stellar brand-building credentials
PLANO, Texas, June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Working Solutions, a global leader in custom contact center solutions, today named technology industry veteran Gail Rigler as its chief marketing officer.
Rigler, who most recently led marketing at VHA, a national health care alliance, spent seven years as vice president of global marketing at technology services giant EDS. In that role, Rigler played a pivotal role in building the company's profile and brand awareness. During her tenure, EDS amassed record contract signings, produced a series of award-winning advertisements and initiated a major professional sports sponsorship.

Rigler, who began her career as a marketing analyst with EDS, has won prestigious Addy and Clio awards for her accomplishments in advertising and marketing and is a founding board member of the Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing from University at Albany and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Rigler joins what has quickly become one of the contact center industry's most highly credentialed leadership teams. Other recent appointments include John Harris as non-executive chairman, Thomas Kim as CFO, Larry Deering as senior vice president of sales and Joseph Casey and Randy Feger as vice presidents of strategic alliances.
