World Kitchen President And Chief Executive Officer Joe Mallof Retires, Carl Warschausky Named Successor Effective January 1

ROSEMONT, Ill., Oct. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- World Kitchen, LLC, known as one of the nation's leading housewares companies, today announces the retirement of President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Mallof, effective Dec. 31, 2012. The Board of Directors unanimously appoints Carl Warschausky President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2013.

Warschausky is currently the Chief Operating Officer for World Kitchen and previously held the positions of President, North America and Chief Financial Officer. With the appointment of Warschausky, World Kitchen will continue to protect its leadership position in the housewares industry by growing its brands through new product innovation and providing solid solutions addressing consumer needs.
