16x20 Print, Album and Filmmaking Honors of Excellence Competition Judging
This two-day adjudication of incredible photography and film is a WPPI hallmark. Giving attendees an inside look at how images are evaluated by creatives, each image entered into the competition is displayed individually (and anonymously), critiqued by a panel of judges for its strengths and shortcomings, and then voted upon using a point scoring system. Registration for the competitions will officially open the week of November 24th; the deadline for entry is January 15, 2015. All WPPI attendees are encouraged to enter!
WPPI 2014 hosted more than 300 exhibitors over 80,000 square feet of exhibit space in the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. WPPI 2015 will be no different. Attendees will experience new photographic products and solutions first-hand from the biggest and best manufacturers, service providers and retailers dedicated to the needs of emerging and professional photographers.
Attendees are also encouraged to reserve their hotel rooms now as many area hotels may sell out, which was the case during WPPI 2014. Attendees can enjoy onsite accommodations during the 2015 WPPI Conference + Expo at either the MGM Grand Hotel Casio or the Signature at MGM Grand. Additional hotels with special rates for WPPI include nearby Hooters Casino and Excalibur. More information and assistance are available online.
