X Ambassadors Celebrate Platinum Certification Of Hit Single "Renegades"

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- KIDinaKORNER/Interscope band X Ambassadors is celebrating the RIAA's platinum certification of their hit single, "Renegades," marking sales and streams of one million in the United States alone. The band received the honor backstage at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles during a stop on their sold-out X Ambassadors - VHS Tour. Tune in tonight, November 17, to see X Ambassadors perform "Renegades" on the Late Late Show With James Corden (CBS, 12:37am/11:37pm c).

X Ambassadors will usher in 2016 by joining Muse on select dates of their Drones World Tour. See below for announced dates. 

X Ambassadors released their debut album VHS June 30th on KIDinaKORNER/Interscope Records where it debuted at #7 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. The set is produced by Grammy-winner Alex Da Kid, who signed them to his KIDinaKORNER label, and features the #1 Alternative Radio (11 weeks) and #1 Hot AC Radio hit "Renegades."  

Hailing from Ithaca, NY, X Ambassadors hit the festival circuit earlier this year making their first ever Bonnaroo appearance, headlining the Backyard Stage at the Firefly Festival and performing at Summerfest, Osheaga, Life is Beautiful and more. This past summer saw them support Milky Chance on tour before they kicked off their sold-out X Ambassadors - VHS Headline tour in October.
