What is XaitPorter?
XaitPorter (http://www.xait.com/xaitporter/?utm_source=Link4&utm_medium=Text_link&utm_campaign=PRAug2012) is a cloud based document production software that makes the entire document creation process easier. Several contributors can work on the same document, at the same time, and the built-in workflow manages the process. In addition, XaitPorter offers benefits such as automatically taking care of formatting, layout and numbering - and is built on a database, which allows easy reuse of content. This allows management to keep control of the process from day one, and contributors to focus on the most important part of the document, the content. XaitPorter can be used to create any type of document where a collaborative approach is required. Although mainly used for license round applications and tenders in the oil and gas industry, XaitPorter can be used to create PDO's, well reports, well proposals, governing documents, procurement documents such as ITT's and RFP's, really any type and any sized document.
Xait is an innovative software development company based in Norway. They specialize in web based database solutions, and have a marked international presence.
