SAN DIEGO, Oct. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Comhear Inc., the San Diego-based audio technology company, announced today the conclusion of a successful Kickstarter campaign for YARRA 3DX™ and the launch of its subsequent Indiegogo campaign, driven by popular demand. The industry-first 3D-audio sound bar, powered by the company's patented MyBeam™ technology, reached 1,476 percent of its goal on Kickstarter with nearly two thousand backers, raising a total of $738,184 to bring the product to market Q1 2018. The move to Indiegogo will continue allowing crowdfund backers the opportunity to receive early-bird discounts through the rest of the year.
The Indiegogo campaign kicks off today and will end on Monday, January 8, 2018. Funds will be used to bring the company's working prototypes to market-ready retail units. Early backers of the Indiegogo campaign can secure one or more YARRA 3DX units, which come with an accompanying subwoofer, setup DVD, six high-resolution surround music albums from AIX Records, and control app, starting at $349, a steep discount off the retail price of $599.
