ABILENE, Texas, Sept. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Yisrayl Hawkins, Pastor and Overseer at The House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, has written a new article this week with what he says are the only two ways to stop police shooting people and people shooting police.
