Yorkshire Flavour at the Copthorne

LONDON, May 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The innovative 18Fifty5 restaurant at the Copthorne Hotel Sheffield is getting involved with the Sheffield Food festival by celebrating delicious Yorkshire produce.

From 4th – 10th July diners at 18Fifty5 can enjoy the finest award-winning cuisine using some of the best ingredients that Yorkshire has to offer.

Two courses at the Uniquely Yorkshire Flavour event at the 18Fifty5 restaurant are priced at 15.00 pounds Sterling, with three courses at 18.00 pounds.

Wakefield born Head Chef, John Lyons, commented "18Fifty5 has now been established as a leading name in the city for delivering good quality, modern food at affordable prices.
