Youfit to lead a Zumba-inspired warmup before run/walk

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Aug. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Youfit Health Clubs is thrilled to be the official gym sponsor of the 5th annual Miami Children's Health Foundation 5K Run/Walk . The 5K, which raises money for children and families at the Nicklaus Children's Hospital, will start at Coral Gables City Hall on September 19, 2015, at 7:30 a.m.

30 minutes before the run, participants can warm up with a mixture of Zumba dance moves and dynamic stretching led by Youfit Health Clubs

In their participant package, runners will receive Youfit sunglasses and a free pass to any Youfit location. The top-10 race winners will receive one-year Youfit Lime Card memberships that grant them access to all Youfit locations, YouGX® group exercise classes and unlimited guest privileges.

Youfit founder Rick Berks said he is excited to give back to the Miami-Dade community, where Youfit has 25 clubs open.

It's important for us to show our support of the research done by the Nicklaus Children's Hospital and raise money for happier, healthier kids," said Berks. Adults can sign up for the 5K for $30 until September 11. Kids ages 2–9 can run in their own race at 8:30 a.m. for $10.
