These additions reinforce the organization's mission to expand its reach and strengthen leadership during a pivotal time for youth across the country.
"As we scale our impact nationally, we're honored to welcome four leaders whose expertise spans HR strategy, marketing, compliance, and ethical governance," said Jim Mills, Chair of the Youth Guidance Board. "Their commitment to youth empowerment will help guide our next chapter."
Heddy Gagne, SVP of People and Client Support at T-Mobile-International, brings deep experience in operational excellence and customer experience. Her strategic insight will support Youth Guidance's growth while centering staff and community needs.
Steve Grimes, Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP and former federal prosecutor, offers expertise in compliance and public sector law. His background will be key in advancing ethical governance and organizational integrity.
Betty Larson, EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Merck, has led global HR transformation at GE HealthCare, BD, and C.R. Bard. Her leadership will help shape a trauma-informed, mission-driven workforce.
Kurt Winter, VP of Marketing at Allstate, brings over 25 years of experience in brand growth and strategic partnerships. A former board president at OMNI Youth Services, his passion for community and storytelling aligns with Youth Guidance's vision.
"This moment calls for values-driven leadership, and we're gaining four incredible champions," said Michelle Morrison, CEO of Youth Guidance. "Their experience and heart will help us strengthen our national footprint."
Youth Guidance currently serves over 18,000 students across seven states, Washington, D.C., and London through transformative programs like Becoming a Man (BAM), Working on Womanhood (WOW), EVOLVE, and other school-based initiatives that promote mental health, academic success, and safer communities.
