Ben-Or has over 25 years of experience building analytics capabilities and managing teams in credit risk management, operations and marketing analytics. For the last 8 years, he led analytics at Actimize, a leading provider of financial crime, risk and compliance software and models for financial institutions. In addition, Pini has led advanced risk analytic functions at American Express and Washington Mutual, marketing analytics and information management at Time Inc., and marketing and value optimization at Digitas and Advanta, a consumer lender.  Using his cross-functional expertise in analytics, data science, technology and business operations, Pini has successfully built strong and effective analytics teams focused on delivering innovative business results.

At Zebit, Ben-Or will expand the data science team and evolve the application of data-driven advanced analytics and machine learning to optimize all aspects of Zebit's marketing, underwriting, credit and fraud operations and profit-driven customer management.
