TAMPA, Fla., April 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Zenith American Solutions® (Zenith) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Keith Saeger as Vice President, Business Development for the Central and Midwestern States and Jay White as Vice President, Business Development for the Southeast and East Coast States. Both Saeger and White will be members of Zenith's leadership team and will report to Ben Pauley, Zenith's Executive Vice President of Business Development. "Keith's extensive business development experience working with Taft-Hartley Funds and municipalities give him a unique perspective on the needs of working men and women, and Jay's expertise in employee benefits and his background in Taft-Hartley and Public sector plans will help support the company's growth strategy both now and well into the future," said Pauley.
Saeger was most recently with Associated Bank where he worked in the Commercial Banking Division as a Relationship Manager and Business Development Officer. Previously, he was with JP Morgan Chase Bank where he was a Banking Officer and Universal Banker, and the Construction Laborers Trust Funds where he worked as a Liaison between the Benefit Trust Funds, Contractor and Local Unions. Saeger served in the United States Air Force as an Administrative Specialist from 1984 until 1988.
White comes from Aetna where he worked in Public and Labor Division as the Sales Vice President, and successfully expanded their territory in the Southeastern portion of the U.S. Previously, he was with Morris & Reynolds Insurance where he was both the Director of Business Development and a Partner, and CIGNA Healthcare, where he worked as a National Account Executive, Vice President of Sales Caribbean. White possesses a Business Associates degree in Finance from Saint Leo University.
