Zenni Optical Appoints Erica J. Scott as Chief Commercial Officer

Accomplished global consumer executive joins Zenni to lead the company's next phase of commercial growth and advance its mission to make high-quality eyewear more accessible

NOVATO, Calif., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Zenni, the world's leading online eyewear retailer, today announced the appointment of Erica J. Scott as Chief Commercial Officer, effective September 28. In this role, Scott will lead Zenni's commercial strategy as the company enters its next phase of growth, bringing more than 25 years of experience building and scaling global consumer brands across retail, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce and luxury.

Scott joins Zenni following an extensive career leading commercial growth and brand transformation across international markets. Most recently, she served as Global CMO of Signet Jewelers' Milestone Brands Division, where she led commercial and marketing strategy for Kay Jewelers and People's Jewelers.

Prior to Signet, Scott served as Global SVP, Commercial and Marketing Strategy at David Yurman, where she helped guide the luxury jewelry brand through a shift toward a more direct-to-consumer, customer-led model. Earlier in her career, she served as Global Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at DK Company A/S, a Danish fashion group with a portfolio of 20 brands, where she led commercial strategy across multiple international markets. She also held leadership roles at ESCADA, ECCO and Creative Nation, developing extensive expertise across brand strategy, e-commerce, international expansion and licensing, including eyewear.
