SACRAMENTO, Calif., Aug. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Zerez Holdings Corporation, DBA Smart Cannabis, (OTC PINK: ZRZH) announced today that the company has completed the sale and installation for two, 30' x 96' SMART by Design™ greenhouse systems, for a licensed Northern California cannabis cultivation company. The approximately $325,000 sale comprises two NGF-1 model 30' x 96' greenhouse systems, including automation options, and installation services. The client has also signed a letter of intent for subscription services for the company's SMARTAPP remote monitoring and automation package to be installed in the near future.
