Zions Bancorporation Board Declares Dividends For Common And Preferred Shares

SALT LAKE CITY, April 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION) announced today that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its outstanding common stock of $0.04 per common share, an increase from the previous dividend of $0.01 per common share. The dividend is payable May 30, 2013, to shareholders of record on May 23, 2013.  The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly cash dividends on the company's various perpetual preferred shares.  The cash dividends on the Series A, C, F and G shares are payable on June 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2013.
