ZIONS CAPITAL MARKETS APPOINTS VINCE TOYE TO LEAD NEWLY ACQUIRED AGENCY MULTIFAMILY LENDING PLATFORM

SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Zions Capital Markets, a subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation, N.A. (Nasdaq: ZION), has appointed Vince Toye as Managing Director, Head of Agency Multifamily Lending, following the close of its acquisition of the agency lending platform of Basis Multifamily Finance I, LLC.  He assumed the role effective August 31 and is focusing on building the agency business and its service capabilities within the Real Estate Capital Markets division.

Zions' recent acquisition of Basis brings in the agency lending platform's experienced team, capabilities, and all associated mortgage servicing rights, creating a more robust Real Estate Capital Markets line of business. The acquisition extends Zions' direct lending activities by augmenting its product suite, including a well-established commercial mortgage-backed securities conduit platform, through participation in the Fannie Mae DUS® program and Freddie Mac's Optigo® Conventional program. Under the guidance of Mr. Toye, Agency Multifamily Lending will enhance Zions Capital Markets' ability to meet the financing needs of multifamily owners, operators, and developers nationwide.

Mr. Toye reports to David Auerbach, Head of Real Estate Capital Markets, and joins Zions Capital Markets from JPMorgan Chase, where he served as Managing Director, Head of Community Development Banking, Agency and Off Balance Sheet Lending. His team achieved record results in its work to promote and expand affordable housing and provide financing for CDFIs.

Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Mr. Toye served with Wells Fargo as Executive Vice President and Group Head for Community Lending and Investment. Previously, as Head of Production for Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, he managed the Government-Sponsored Enterprise originations team, increasing production and overseeing the bank's relationships with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
