FRASER, Mich., Jan. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Real estate agents and brokers using zipForm® now have the ability to provide their clients with targeted discount offers from national, regional and local move-related vendors. zipEssentials™ offers a new functionality embedded in the zipForm® Plus platform that produces customized email campaigns generated with the purchase or sale of a home. This integrated service is made possible due to a partnership between real estate technology leader zipLogix™, creators of zipForm®, and MooveGuru.

When an agent or broker is ready to get started, they open the desired zipForm® Plus transaction, open the "services" tab and click "Go" for zipEssentials™. After following the simple onscreen instructions, the zipEssentials™ by MooveGuru program will send targeted emails based on their closing date. Emails contain move-relevant savings vouchers for clients on behalf of the real estate agent. For example, a few days after couple moves into their new home, they receive a voucher from Home Depot two miles away. All emails are branded to the agent and are delivered directly from the agent's email address.
