On Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 10:15—11:15 a.m. PDT, Ric Sinclar, Head of Product at ZirMed, and Cindy Welch, RN, Administrator at Golden Empire Cardiology, will lead the presentation "Estimating Patient Responsibility Improves Satisfaction and Collections." During the session, Sinclair and Welch will share how the cardiology practice applied a combination of technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and communicate with patients about responsibility. Presenters will also share how calculating upfront estimations increased collections by 20 percent.
