Zoom Video Communications Announces Record Customer Growth and Series B Funding

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Zoom Video Communications, the #1 cloud video conferencing experience, today announced it has secured an additional $6.5 million for its Series B financing round, in order to continue rapid growth and leadership as a cloud meeting platform. Li Ka-Shing's Horizons Ventures Hong Kong, who previously invested in Facebook, Skype, Siri and Waze, led the latest round. Bart Swanson from Horizons Ventures joins the Board of Directors. Patrick Soon-Shiong and existing investor Jerry Yang also participated in this round.
