HARTFORD, Conn., June 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Boards of Directors of The Zweig Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ZF) and The Zweig Total Return Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ZTR) today announced that at the joint annual meeting of shareholders held on June 11, shareholders of each fund re-elected Director James B. Rogers, Jr. and elected nominee Christopher Ruddy to three-year terms for each board, or until a successor has been duly elected and qualified. The voting results are as follows:
